This small batch mildly spicy, not overly sweet fig chutney with a hint of ginger and chilli is something special when paired with a good piece of cheese or roasted meat. Savoury, fruity and pleasantly crunchy. Figs are remarkably nutrient-rich. They contain important minerals such as potassium (which helps regulate blood pressure) as well as calcium and magnesium which are beneficial for bones and muscles.
