How do I order?

Just start with choosing the products you’d like to get, follow the route to "Checkout", register as a customer (or login if you already have an account) and choose your payment option.

Please keep our weekly cycle in mind ... our farmers and producers need a bit of time to process your order!


When can I place an order?

Our weekly cycle opens each Wednesday afternoon once we have been in touch with all our farmers and producers. Choose to subscribe to our newsletter and you will be reminded once the shop has opened again.

We need to have your orders in by Friday 10h00 to give us and our farmers enough time to process and harvest your orders, which are ready each Tuesday.


Where and when can I collect my order?

At our collection point in Macadam Street, Gruener Kranz Complex, Windhoek on Tuesdays from 11:00 -17:30.


Can I choose to get my order delivered?

Yes, we deliver your order in Windhoek. The delivery fee is N$ 50. We also courier orders nationwide. Delivery will be overnight and your farm fresh produce will reach you on Wednesday.


What if I’m late in ordering, can I still receive an Organic Box?

Sometimes we have some surplus products available. Please contact us to find out!


How and when do I pay?

Please choose your preferred mode of payment (COD / Bank Transfer / PayToday) when ordering.

The confirmation email sent to you with a provisional Organic Box invoice also shows our banking details.

Please note:

  • All EFT payments must be referenced with your order number. Please email proof of payment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
  • Payment for orders is required before or on delivery.
  • We do not accept cheques or credit cards.


When is the latest I can change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel it any time before Friday 17:00 each week by emailing us.


I think something is missing from my order.

Please let us know and we’ll either replace it with your next delivery or refund you by a credit note or via EFT.


I am not happy with the quality of ...

While every attempt is made to sell only the best quality produce, it can happen that you are not happy with a product. In order for us to issue you with a replacement or refund for a disappointing product, please contact us and tell us when you received it and what exactly is wrong with it.


Is all your produce organic?

A lot of our produce is certified organic/organic in conversion, but not all.

If a product is not organic, then we declare it as non-organic in the product name.
If you won’t find the term non-organic there, it means that this is an organic product.

However, a lot of the ingredients in our products are produced without the use of any synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides, but not certified organic.


What ingredients are inside your products?

When clicking on the product name/image, a more detailed product page opens, showing you the list of ingredients.


Can you also deliver to other towns within Namibia, like Swakopmund?
